About the Role
As a Finance Manager, you will join a growing dealership group where you have the opportunity to help shape the future of the business. This role is designed for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a long-term career. You will work closely with the sales team to structure finance transactions, present products professionally, and maximize deal opportunities while maintaining strict compliance and funding discipline.
Beyond daily operations, this position offers a clear path toward GSM or General Manager opportunities for the right candidate. We also provide potential dealer-sponsored NCM or NADA Academy development opportunities to support long-term growth. You will enjoy a rural lifestyle with a strong community atmosphere, working Monday through Friday until 6:00 PM and Saturdays until 3:00 PM.

- check_circleEnsure all deals are compliant, accurate, and processed timely
- check_circleSupport sales team with lender structure and deal flow
- check_circleMaintain strong relationships with banks, OEM programs, and vendor partners
Requirements
