The Product Specialist serves as a vital bridge between the dealership's operations and its customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through delivery. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the automobile business and eager to master the intricacies of customer retention, sales processes, and cross-departmental collaboration.
In this position, you will act as a key driver of customer satisfaction, managing the entire lifecycle of the customer journey. From navigating the Customer Retention Management (CRM) system to coordinating with the Business Development Center (BDC), your daily tasks will involve guiding customers through complex paperwork, explaining Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, and ensuring a smooth delivery process. You will also engage in conflict resolution and maintain a proactive follow-up system to foster long-term loyalty.
We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills necessary to excel. Your onboarding will include step-by-step guidance on customer interactions, deep dives into the inner workings of the automobile business, and specialized training on online manufacturer protocols. You will gain a thorough understanding of other dealership departments, including Service, Parts, and the Body Shop, to better serve our clients. Additionally, the program covers the importance of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), business development strategies, and the opportunity to visit other dealerships to broaden your industry perspective.
