About the Opportunity
CACI is seeking an Automation Test Engineer to join a specialized team supporting the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Office of the Chief Technology Officer. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, reliability, and accessibility of ServiceNow solutions for a custom development team. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver high-quality, scalable, and stable platforms that support critical national security missions.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAnalyze user stories and requirements to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- check_circleDevelop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts using Playwright
- check_circlePerform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing on ServiceNow modules
- check_circleConduct Section 508 compliance testing using ANDI and Lighthouse tools
- check_circleCreate and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for ServiceNow implementations
- check_circleCollaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage

Requirements
- verifiedActive Secret clearance

- verifiedProficiency with Playwright for automation testing

- verifiedExperience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
- verifiedServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred
- verifiedISTQB or similar software testing certification preferred
Nice to Have
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other relevant ServiceNow certifications. ISTQB or similar software testing certification. Experience with API testing and performance testing tools. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Prior experience supporting federal or government clients.
