About the Role
Equitable's DBA team is seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our mission, which we have honed since 1859. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and ensuring the reliability of database systems critical to our operations. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse database technologies, including DB2 for z/OS, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, SQL Managed Instance, and MongoDB/ATLAS.
You will collaborate with development and operational teams to address database-related needs, providing technical guidance and support for projects while ensuring the security and efficiency of our infrastructure. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2–3 days per week, combining flexibility with team collaboration.
