Systems Administrator - Linux/Windows

About the Role

GovCIO is seeking a dedicated Systems Administrator to provide ongoing support for the administration of core system applications within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) environment. This role is critical to ensuring the stability and security of the Background Investigation System across both Production and Test environments.

You will serve as a key operational partner, responsible for monitoring system resources, validating developer deployments, and performing routine maintenance tasks to support 24x7 lifecycle applications. The position requires close collaboration with other administrators to manage ServiceNOW tickets, ensure files process completely and correctly, and assist in remediating complex issues. As part of a hybrid team, you will work periodically onsite at DCSA sites in Quantico, VA; Fort Meade, MD; or Boyers, PA, while maintaining flexibility to support shift work, including third-shift responsibilities.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be US Citizens with an active Top Secret clearance and a current Security+ certification.
