About the Role
Agropur is seeking an Automation Technician to support Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management within our manufacturing operations. In this on-site position, you will serve as a critical link in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient dairy processing. Your primary mission is to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize automated production and packaging lines, directly supporting Agropur's core values of quality, safety, innovation, and sustainable, responsible dairy production.
As part of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production staff to maximize equipment uptime and drive continuous improvement. Your day-to-day involves performing preventive and predictive maintenance, documenting work in the CMMS system, and executing root cause analysis to standardize automation solutions. You will work in a dynamic dairy manufacturing environment where adherence to safety, food safety, and GMP procedures is paramount.
