About the Role
You will join a creative and self-motivated group dedicated to delivering high-quality automation solutions. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex engineering requirements and real-world customer needs. You will work directly with clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
Your day will involve designing and debugging control systems, programming PLCs, HMIs, robots, and motion control systems, and integrating sensors, pneumatics, and vision systems. You will collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, project, and build teams to ensure seamless execution. While the majority of your work will be in a collaborative office environment, you will also support on-site debugging and system startup, involving approximately 15% travel.

Requirements
- verifiedFour-year engineering degree or equivalent applicable work experience
- verifiedAt least 5 years of Controls Engineering experience in automation
- verifiedExperience with electrical design software, PLCs, HMIs, robots, motion control, pneumatics, and vision systems
- verifiedAbility to produce electrical layouts and detailed schematics using CAD tools
- verifiedWillingness and ability to travel approximately 15%
