As an Auto Material Damage Supervisor, you will partner closely with the Auto Claims Manager to oversee the daily operations of the AMD Claims Representatives team. Your primary mission is to ensure claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
In this role, you will act as a key resource and coach for your team, guiding them to achieve department and company objectives. You will oversee the settlement of auto material damage, property damage, and mini-tort claims, working directly to resolve complex issues and complaints that arise within the team. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of physical damage contracts, endorsements, exclusions, and the evolving landscape of insurance law.
Qualified candidates will be considered for this opening. If a candidate is not immediately identified, an Associate AMD Supervisor may be considered based on the level of experience.
