At Behavioral Perspective (BPI), we are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children, teens, and young adults with Autism. Our mission is to provide essential therapy services that empower individuals to achieve their full potential. We foster a supportive environment where team members can grow professionally while serving as positive role models and advocates for our clients.
As a Behavior Technician, you will be the frontline of our therapy efforts, working directly with clients on a one-on-one basis. While some days may present unique challenges, you will consistently witness the meaningful impact of your efforts. Your work will focus on teaching socially significant behaviors, managing challenging behaviors, and improving social interactions, ensuring clients can navigate their world with greater confidence.
We welcome applicants with all levels of experience. Comprehensive training is provided for those new to the field, and we offer clear pathways for experienced technicians to advance their careers. If you are passionate about making a difference and seeking a fulfilling career path, we encourage you to apply and join the Behavioral Perspective team.
