At Behavioral Perspective (BPI), we are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children, teens, and young adults with Autism. Our mission is to provide essential therapy services that empower individuals to achieve their full potential. We foster a supportive environment where team members can grow professionally while serving as positive role models and advocates for our clients.
As a Behavior Technician, you will serve as a certified paraprofessional in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working directly with clients to provide individualized, one-on-one therapy sessions. This role is far more than typical childcare; you will be instrumental in helping clients develop self-advocacy skills, acquire crucial life skills, and enhance their communication abilities.
You will collaborate closely with experienced managers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients in achieving their goals. Your work will take place in a variety of settings, including BPI clinics, client homes, schools, and community locations. While some days may present unique challenges, you will consistently witness the meaningful impact of your efforts as you help clients learn socially significant behaviors, manage challenging behaviors, and improve their social interactions.
We welcome candidates with all levels of experience. Comprehensive training is provided for those new to the field, and we offer clear career growth pathways for experienced technicians to advance within our tiered program.
If you are passionate about making a difference and seeking a fulfilling career path, we encourage you to apply and join the Behavioral Perspective team. We look for dedicated individuals who are committed to our mission and ready to contribute to our amazing team during clinic operating hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), with open availability preferred.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring that everyone has the chance to contribute to our mission of supporting individuals with Autism.
