About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will be the frontline of our therapy efforts, working directly with clients on a one-on-one basis. This role goes beyond typical childcare; you will be instrumental in helping clients develop self-advocacy skills, acquire crucial life skills, and enhance their communication abilities. You will collaborate closely with experienced managers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients in achieving their goals across a variety of settings, including BPI clinics, client homes, schools, and community locations.

While some days may present unique challenges, you will consistently witness the meaningful impact of your efforts. Your work will focus on helping clients learn socially significant behaviors, manage challenging behaviors, and improve their social interactions. We welcome candidates with all levels of experience, offering comprehensive training for those new to the field and clear pathways for advancement for experienced technicians.

Hiring Process

We are looking for candidates who can work during clinic operating hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), with open availability preferred. Start and end times may vary based on location and client schedules.
