About the Role
In this position, you will serve as a vital link between the client and healthcare providers. Your primary focus will be ensuring the integrity of provider data by enrolling and revalidating providers while maintaining accurate records within the client system. You will navigate various databases and licensing verification websites to validate information, ensuring that all applications and required documentation are complete, current, and valid. When information is incomplete or requires clarification, you will act as the point of contact, reaching out to providers via email or phone. Success in this role requires meeting strict production and quality standards while balancing independent work with effective team collaboration.
