We are seeking a responsible Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone for a project supporting a workforce of approximately 50 employees. In this full-time, day-shift capacity, you will perform a variety of managerial administrative tasks, acting as the primary liaison between internal departments, external clients, and leadership.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment where organization and communication are key. You will be the go-to point of contact for employee inquiries, managing everything from time-off requests and personnel paperwork to daily operational reporting. Your role involves not only maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems but also developing and updating Excel-based tracking tools to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
As the Office Manager, you will support the Project Manager and leadership team by coordinating logistics for traveling personnel, managing calendars, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate administrative needs, handle sensitive information with discretion, and adapt quickly to changing project timelines.
