The Audit Fulfillment Program is designed to track, retrieve, and deliver timely, accurate medical record sets for all valid use cases to high-volume institutional requestors. This position serves as a critical link in ensuring that release of information requests are processed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer service.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end retrieval of patient medical charts, ensuring that all releases comply with specific requests, authorizations, company policies, and HIPAA regulations. You will safeguard patient privacy by strictly controlling access to medical information. Your day-to-day work involves processing complex audit requests from external entities, including HEDIS, DRG, Risk Adjustment, Payment Integrity, RAC, and CMS Audits. You will validate requirements, manage client credentials, and perform rigorous quality checks to assure completeness and compliance. Beyond technical execution, you will provide attentive customer service, proactively identifying and resolving client concerns while maintaining a professional and organized workspace.
