This role exists to ensure that every release of information request is processed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer service.
In this position, you will be the guardian of patient privacy, ensuring that only authorized individuals access medical information and that all releases strictly comply with company policy, state laws, and HIPAA regulations. You will review external audit requests, validate authorizations, and perform rigorous quality checks to guarantee completeness and compliance. Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a proactive customer service representative, building trust by understanding client needs and following through on promises.
