About the Role
This position serves as a critical guardian of patient privacy and data integrity within our Release of Information (ROI) operations. You will be responsible for processing all release of information requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standards of accuracy and customer service.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between patient data and authorized recipients. Your day-to-day involves retrieving and scanning medical charts, validating authorizations against strict HIPAA regulations and company policies, and transmitting records securely. Beyond the technical processing, you will be the face of Sharecare for many clients, handling incoming mail, telephone inquiries, and fax requests with professionalism and empathy. You will ensure that only authorized individuals access medical information, safeguarding the patient's right to privacy at every step.

Requirements
