The Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of their specific areas of specialty. This role involves managing audits, overseeing the completion of year-end compilations, and handling other complex accounting projects. The Manager must be proficient in their specialty area, quality control, and active in JCCS committee and team responsibilities.

As a Manager, you will manage your area of accounting specialization, overseeing complex audit and accounting engagements as well as billing. Your day will involve training, delegating, supervising, and reviewing the engagement activities of lower-level staff. You will take responsibility for quality control issues and use your expertise to serve on JCCS committees and lead teams. Additionally, you will attend training to stay current with industry, state, federal, and IRS changes, and may provide transactional support for the CAS team while coordinating service delivery.
