We are seeking an experienced, strategic Legal Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for attorneys and legal support staff across our firm. This role is designed for a professional who thrives on partnership, offering guidance on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection to ensure a smooth, high-quality recruiting experience.
You will serve as the bridge between our hiring managers and top legal talent, managing the entire lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation. The position involves conducting in-depth interviews to assess legal expertise and cultural fit, reviewing credentials such as bar status and writing samples, and representing our firm's employer brand. This is a dynamic opportunity to build strong relationships with candidates, leadership, and external partners while navigating a fast-paced environment.
This is an onsite role with a hybrid option available after the first six months. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to our team's success.
