We are seeking a motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of accident and catastrophic injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, workplace incidents, and other negligence-based claims. You will manage a caseload from intake through resolution, conducting investigations, analyzing liability, and evaluating damages. Your day will involve drafting pleadings and motions, negotiating with insurance companies, and representing clients at mediations, hearings, and trials. You will collaborate closely with paralegals, case managers, and experts to develop strong, evidence-based cases while providing regular updates and guidance to our clients.

Experience handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, or wrongful death claims. Trial experience or strong desire to develop trial skills.
