The Division of Palliative Care in the Department of Medicine at Tufts Medical Center is seeking a highly energetic, motivated, and collegial physician to join our growing team. The Palliative Care Attending Physician will provide direct clinical care within an inpatient consultative service and ambulatory settings at Tufts Medical Center and its collaborative physician network. This role is deeply embedded in the academic environment of the main teaching hospital of Tufts University School of Medicine, where a priority is placed on teaching and mentoring outstanding medical students, residents, and fellows.
Beyond clinical duties, the successful candidate will participate in local, regional, and national innovative palliative care projects. While a strong interest in outpatient palliative care and community outreach programs is welcome, the role also offers the opportunity for the candidate to serve as a Hospice and Palliative Fellowship director. The position requires a team player excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champion world-class research innovation and build collaborative, interdisciplinary workflows.

Candidates must be Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Hospice and Palliative Care medicine. Outstanding teaching skills and an interest in research are essential.
