As an MRI Technologist, your skill ensures patients know they are in capable hands, while your compassionate nature reinforces our mission. You will partner with the imaging team to provide quality images with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing optimal skills and knowledge of all equipment.
Your day will involve positioning patients for diagnostic imaging, operating equipment to determine exposure factors, and using computer image processing to optimize results. You will present images and patient information to radiologists for diagnosis while ensuring safety through proper machine settings and magnetic field standards. Beyond technical duties, you will communicate effectively with patients and families, educate them on their exams, and maintain professional conduct that fosters respect and confidence among physicians, patients, and colleagues.
