As an ATM Coordinator within PNC's ATM organization, you will serve as the primary operational and support function for ATMs in your assigned territory. Your mission is to coordinate assigned Branch and Off-Site ATM machines to provide maximum availability and functionality, ensuring business objectives are met. You will act as the central point of contact for both internal and external customers, analyzing service problems and guiding technicians in methods of problem resolution. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability of our cash access network.
This position is based remotely in Philadelphia, PA, with a schedule of Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST. While the role is primarily remote, it may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations subject to approval. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
