About the Role
This is a promotional opportunity open only to current permanent employees of the Louisiana Department of Revenue. We are looking for an ATC Agent 4 to join our Office of Alcohol & Tobacco Control team. In this role, you will help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations through the monitoring and inspection of those licensed with, or seeking licensure from, the Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control.
You will coordinate and supervise enforcement activities in your assigned region, managing direct reports' performance regarding case assignments, return rates, and compliance operations. Your day-to-day will involve completing underage compliance inspections as well as annual retail inspections per ATC Policy.
