About the Role
This role sits within Santander's U.S. Corporate Investment Banking, focusing on originating, structuring, and executing LATAM-only solutions. You will partner closely with Sales, Trading, and Coverage teams to deliver customized structures that address hedging, financing, and risk management objectives for onshore financial institutions, local sovereign clients, and offshore LATAM-focused funds. The position is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of product mechanics, pricing fundamentals, and risk considerations.

- check_circleStructure and execute tailored funding, FX, rates, and derivatives solutions for LATAM clients
- check_circleDrive idea generation and develop bespoke structures for hedging and balance sheet strategy

Requirements
