As an Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality. You will use the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology combined with friendly, attentive service to welcome and assist clients who walk into our branches. Your role is to leverage your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address clients' financial needs and make their lives easier, directly contributing to the success of the branch.
You will engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust, anticipating needs and tailoring product recommendations. This involves meeting with branch-assigned clients both in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships. You will also educate clients on technology solutions, such as the Chase Mobile App and ATMs, ensuring they can bank whenever, wherever, and however they want. Additionally, you will perform essential branch operations, including managing cash devices like vaults and ATMs, while adhering to all bank policies.
This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer is contingent upon JPMorganChase's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, and information available through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Specifically, any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration.
Upon active employment, you will be required to register on NMLS or update your existing registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with these requirements, including successful registration immediately after your start date and timely completion of annual renewals. Any information obtained during these processes may impact your employment status.
