About the Role
The Associate Regional Director is a leadership opportunity for someone who brings both vision and joy to ministry. In this role, you will oversee seven to ten ministries across Western Colorado, investing in staff and volunteers to help each area build healthy teams, strong culture, and sustainable ministry that reaches more kids.
You will serve as a strategic leader within the region, living in a community that allows for regular travel to surrounding towns and ministry locations. While there is flexibility regarding your specific home base, you must be excited to be rooted in the region, build relationships across multiple communities, and remain accessible to the ministries you oversee. This position is designed for a leader with a proven track record of helping areas grow healthy leaders, teams, and culture, who loves building relationships and creating environments where people can laugh, have fun, and thrive together.
The Interview Process
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to complete Core Training — Phase One. The selection process will evaluate your capacity to function as a regional director, your spiritual leadership, and your relational skills with both kids and adults.
