This position serves as a vital link in the implementation and management of community school activities, events, and programs. The role is designed to foster healthy and successful children, strengthen families, and contribute to a thriving community. You will work directly within the West Irondequoit School District to facilitate the community school strategy, ensuring that students and families are deeply engaged.
In this role, you will establish and maintain critical linkages with local organizations and businesses to expand learning opportunities and access to health and social services. Your day-to-day work involves supporting school partnerships, designing volunteer systems, and collaborating with parent liaisons and site-based leadership to drive family engagement. You will also assist in data collection, evaluation, and capacity-building activities, adapting to the emerging needs of the assigned school as determined by the Leadership Team.
