About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients and patients at our veterinary hospital, the Veterinary Receptionist is essential to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a welcoming, organized environment. This role goes beyond administrative support; it is about ensuring a smooth front desk operation where every interaction reflects our commitment to compassion and professionalism.
In this position, you will serve as the face of the practice, greeting visitors warmly, managing a multi-line phone system, and triaging client concerns with empathy. You will play a key role in the daily rhythm of the clinic, from processing payments and updating patient records to assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members. Whether handling high-volume periods or supporting veterinary staff during emergencies, your ability to stay calm and organized ensures the clinic runs efficiently.
