We are seeking a talented self-starter who is highly motivated and capable of assuming increasing responsibility in a dynamic growth environment. As an Associate, you will assist Ecoplexus' U.S.-based project finance and development teams by performing and coordinating financial analysis related to project acquisitions and development. Your work will involve modeling debt and tax equity financial structures and managing closing activities for project M&A, debt, and tax equity financings.
In this transaction-based environment, requirements and deadlines are dictated by deal flow. You will model project economics, audit analyst work products, organize project due diligence, and manage relationships with lenders, tax equity investors, and consultants. You will also coordinate with internal teams to support contract negotiation and closing processes.
