The Department of Emergency Medicine at UTMC is seeking an enthusiastic and mission-driven Associate Program Director (APD) to join our growing academic program. We are dedicated to shaping the next generation of emergency physicians through a culture of education, mentorship, and academic leadership.
As the Associate Program Director, you will partner closely with the Program Director to advance all aspects of our ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine Residency Program. This position offers substantial leadership opportunities while maintaining an active clinical practice in our teaching hospitals, averaging 24 clinical hours per week. You will serve as a clinical educator and role model across UTMC's teaching sites, assisting with day-to-day operations and assuming program leadership responsibilities when the Program Director is unavailable.
