Allara is a comprehensive women's health provider specializing in expert, longitudinal care that supports women through every life stage. Trusted by over 60,000 women nationwide, Allara makes expert healthcare accessible by connecting patients with multidisciplinary care teams that have a deep understanding of hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive care. As one of the fastest-growing women's health platforms in the U.S., Allara is bridging long-overlooked gaps in healthcare for women, providing ongoing support for conditions like PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause to help patients see improved health outcomes.
We are seeking board-eligible Endocrinologists to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women. This role exists to deliver diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions through a fully remote, flexible model. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care, operating as an independent provider with strong diagnostic abilities. The position is designed for physicians who value a collaborative community and wish to make a mission-driven impact by transforming healthcare for women.
In this role, you will conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits. Your day will involve dedicating a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consults, prescribing medications when appropriate, and providing necessary medical guidance. Beyond direct patient care, you will engage in charting, addressing patient questions, and responding to administrative tasks and messages. You will be expected to promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records while adhering to company policies and best practices.
Allara reviews all active and pending state licenses held at the time of application. Hiring decisions are based on current state hiring needs, which may change over time. Applicants may not move forward if there is no immediate need for their specific license(s). We often revisit opportunities in the future as hiring needs evolve and when licensure, experience, and other role requirements align.
