This position is designed to support talent attraction initiatives by executing digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors. The role serves as a bridge between creative vision and data-driven performance, ensuring that ad visuals and messaging align with recruitment goals while maintaining strict budget pacing and campaign targets.
You will work in a fully remote capacity from a home office, requiring consistent availability during Eastern Time (EST) business hours. Success in this role involves taking ownership of tasks with minimal direction, proactively identifying issues, and balancing speed with accuracy in a high-volume environment.
