This position is designed to support talent attraction initiatives by executing digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors. The role serves as a bridge between marketing strategy and creative execution, ensuring that ad visuals and messaging align with recruitment goals while maintaining strict budget pacing and performance targets.
As a fully remote team member, you will operate within Eastern Time (EST) business hours from a dedicated home office equipped with reliable high-speed internet. The position offers a dynamic environment where you will manage vendor relationships, handle campaign trafficking and QA, and analyze metrics to optimize bids and placements. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions without constant direction, balancing speed and accuracy in a high-volume setting.
