Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support digital media campaigns that attract top talent. This role is designed for an early-career professional eager to learn and grow in recruitment marketing. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to plan, launch, and optimize paid media efforts, taking ownership of your work and approaching problems methodically.
This position is fully remote and requires a dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet service (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Consistent availability during Eastern Time (EST) business hours is required regardless of your location.

Maximus employees who have completed at least six months in their current position are eligible to apply for a posted position. Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market value, and internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package, which may also include short- and long-term incentives, program-specific awards, health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
