Associate Media Buyer - Recruitment Marketing

About the Role

This position is designed to support talent attraction initiatives by executing digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors. The role serves as a bridge between creative vision and data-driven performance, ensuring that ad visuals and messaging align with recruitment goals while maintaining strict budget pacing.

You will operate in a fully remote capacity from a home office, requiring consistent availability during Eastern Time (EST) business hours. Success in this role involves taking ownership of tasks, proactively identifying issues, and balancing speed with accuracy in a high-volume environment. The position offers a dynamic day-to-day where you will analyze campaign metrics, optimize bids and audiences, and prepare performance reports that offer actionable insights to stakeholders.

Internal Mobility

Maximus encourages internal growth. Employees who have completed at least six months in their current position are eligible to apply for posted roles. Exceptions to this rule are handled on a case-by-case basis. Specifically, the six-month requirement may be waived for CCO employees in acting roles returning to their home base, those in limited-service roles applying to the same role as their RFT, or those unable to secure a lateral or promotional position after an acting assignment.
