This position serves as a key support pillar for Maximus's talent attraction initiatives, executing digital media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors. The role exists to ensure that recruitment marketing efforts are data-driven, visually aligned, and optimized for performance. You will work closely with content and creative teams to translate campaign goals into compelling ad visuals and messaging, while managing the end-to-end execution of media buys.
The day-to-day involves tracking media budgets and pacing to keep campaigns on target, analyzing metrics to adjust bids and audiences, and preparing performance reports that offer actionable insights to stakeholders. You will also manage vendor relationships, handling invoicing, trafficking, and campaign quality assurance. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to identifying issues, balancing speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment, and staying current with digital media trends relevant to talent acquisition.
This position is fully remote and requires a dedicated home office setup. Candidates must have reliable high-speed internet service with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and 5 Mbps upload. Consistent availability during Eastern Time (EST) business hours is required regardless of your physical location.
Maximus employees who have completed at least six months in their current position are eligible to apply for posted positions. Exceptions to this rule are handled on a case-by-case basis.
