About the Role
This position serves as a key support pillar for Maximus's talent attraction initiatives, executing digital media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors. The role exists to ensure that recruitment marketing efforts are data-driven, visually aligned, and optimized for performance. You will work closely with content and creative teams to translate campaign goals into compelling ad visuals and messaging, while managing the end-to-end logistics of vendor relationships, invoicing, and campaign quality assurance.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, balancing speed with accuracy. You will take ownership of your tasks, proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions without constant direction. This is a fully remote role requiring a dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and consistent availability during Eastern Time business hours.

Requirements
