The selected candidate will support our Energy Efficiency programs in the Midwest, specifically focusing on clean energy initiatives and under-served communities in Missouri. Working closely with the portfolio manager, this individual will monitor and support the successful delivery across multiple functional areas, including internal operations, client support, and stakeholder management.
You will build and manage relationships with customers, building owners, property managers, developers, architects, and key community stakeholders aligned with energy efficiency products and services. This role involves managing subcontractors and designing and implementing program strategies and plans. Working closely with the client and our nation-wide implementation team, you will focus on bringing energy efficiency and bill savings to all customers, providing safer, more energy-efficient housing, and ensuring energy grid stability.

This role is based in Missouri with a requirement to be in the Kansas City, MO ICF office at least one time per week. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle for travel up to 10% of the time for site visits, meetings, and events within Kansas and Missouri (mileage reimbursement provided).
