We have an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate to join our Raleigh, NC Medicare-certified Home Health team. This position is designed for an energetic professional ready to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You will become an integral part of a caring team instrumental in providing the highest quality care to our clients and their families.
In this role, you will manage a caseload while proactively growing it, focusing on the coordination of client services and resolving emergent scheduling issues. You will build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations. Additionally, you will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved in the care journey.
