About the Role
The RN Clinical Management Specialist serves as a regional resource dedicated to collaborating with Home Health and Hospice leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality services to clients. This position acts as a vital support system, providing interim clinical leadership, specialized training, and clinical guidance as needed across the region.
As a traveling role, the specialist will be stationed in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Omaha, Council Bluffs, Sioux City, Sioux Falls, and Rochester, MN. The position involves in-office training and providing on-site clinical support at these branch locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring electronic medical record (EMR) workflows, supporting intake processes and admission decisions, and facilitating virtual training for newly hired or promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses. Additionally, the specialist serves as a mentor for new Clinical Managers and steps in as the interim Clinical Manager when positions are vacant.

Requirements
- verifiedRegistered Nurse with active and unencumbered license in state of residence

- verifiedThree (3) years of clinical experience within last five (5) years in home health, home care, or health facility
- verifiedHomecare Homebase (HCHB) & Oasis experience required
