The RN Clinical Management Specialist serves as a vital regional resource, collaborating with Home Health and Hospice leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality services to clients. This position is designed to provide interim clinical leadership, specialized training, and clinical support where and when needed.
As a traveling role, you will be assigned to support branches in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Omaha, Council Bluffs, Sioux City, Sioux Falls, and Rochester, MN. Your day-to-day involves monitoring electronic medical record (EMR) workflows, supporting intake processes and admission decisions, and facilitating virtual training for newly hired or promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses. You will also step in as an interim Clinical Manager during vacancies and act as a mentor to guide new managers.
