About the Role
This is more than a job; each day provides opportunities to change someone's life. As an Associate Disability Attorney, you will join a service-minded team dedicated to fighting for those facing injustice. You will provide legal advice to clients and represent them at disability hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges, handling legal writing at both the ALJ and Appeals Council levels. Your role involves communicating with clients via telephone, mail, and email throughout all stages of the disability process.

Hiring Process
This is not an entry-level position. We seek a licensed attorney with at least 1-3 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law, including representation in at least 200 Social Security hearings in recent years. If you do not yet meet this specific experience level, we invite you to consider our Junior Associate Attorney position.
Candidates must reside in CA, TX, GA, FL, NV, TN, DC, NC, or SC. The role requires travel to hearings in other cities and states, up to 80% of the time. Remote attorneys must have a dedicated home office setup meeting our technical requirements, including high-speed wired internet and a quiet workspace. The firm provides necessary equipment such as a laptop, monitor, printer, and headphones for remote work.
