About the Role

The Associate Director, US Medical Promotional Review Scientist (Cardiovascular) plays a critical role within the Medical Communications team in Global Medical Affairs. As a strategic, solutions-oriented partner, you will ensure the medical accuracy and scientific validity of promotional and non-promotional materials across cardiovascular brands and disease areas. This includes guaranteeing robust scientific evidence and compliance with US laws and regulations.

You will serve as a key member of the Medical Promotional Review (PReP) Advisor team, conducting reviews to ensure message balance, key clinical findings, and content appropriateness. Your work involves proactively aligning with marketing, access, medical, corporate communications, training, legal, and commercial regulatory affairs to ensure consistent messaging across stakeholders. You will also apply digital and AI-driven solutions to improve the efficiency and scalability of promotional review activities.

Work Model: This position is designated as #LI-HYBRID. BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at the assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive company culture.
