We are excited to welcome an Associate Director of Cost Estimating/Management to our team. This is a fantastic remote opportunity for candidates preferably based in California or the West Coast time zone, with specific experience in HCAI healthcare projects. You will play a key role on our cost management and estimating team, leading comprehensive estimating efforts and overseeing quality control.
In this position, you will support one of the largest healthcare programs in the country, working on complex and rewarding projects while continuing to grow your career alongside a passionate team of cost management, project management, and scheduling professionals. You will clearly communicate cost strategies to clients, A/E consultants, and external project stakeholders, while leading reconciliations and interacting with internal teams.

Professionally based in California or the West Coast time zone. Experience as a consultant or for a large national general contractor. Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) software or similar quantity takeoff software. A bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or architecture.
