About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join a leading general contractor in the Atlanta market. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate, competitive, and value-driven estimates for large commercial projects. You will serve as a strategic partner to project managers, superintendents, and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the preconstruction phase.
In this position, you will lead estimating efforts on projects valued at $50M+, guiding the team from conceptual estimates and detailed takeoffs through to GMP proposals. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm of reviewing complex drawings, conducting constructability reviews, and developing robust bid strategies. You will also play a mentorship role, guiding junior estimators and coordinating with operations teams to establish precise job cost budgets.
This is an in-office role based in Atlanta, with occasional travel to local job sites to support field operations and client meetings.

Requirements

- verifiedFamiliarity with BIM and Autodesk software for quantity takeoffs
