As a Lead Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy for major projects. You will be responsible for developing CSI Division and Uniformat estimates, creating all necessary estimating forms, and managing both conceptual estimates and final bids. Reporting to the Senior Estimator, you will help define pricing strategies and purchasing methodologies for large-scale commercial construction projects.
In this position, you will foster strong working relationships with trade partner principals and estimating departments. You will support the development of conceptual estimates for design-build and guaranteed maximum price projects while assisting in the preparation of bids for design-bid-build projects. Your work ensures that key scopes are accurately captured, risks are managed, and bid packages are effectively written and issued.

The Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center operates within the hospitals and health care industry, headquartered in Carnegie, PA.
