We are seeking a committed and skilled Associate Director, Clinical Operations to join our winning team. This role is based in our Bridgewater, New Jersey, USA location or available remotely from anywhere in the USA or Canada in accordance with our Work from Home policy.
In this position, you will partner with the Clinical Operations team to deliver high-quality, profitable approaches to clinical startup services. As a startup subject matter expert, you will proactively drive projects during the startup phase, interacting with clients to build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial long-term partnerships. Your day-to-day will involve leading startup teams, overseeing resource allocation, managing performance, and ensuring operational excellence while contributing to broader company goals.
