As an Associate Director, Nonclinical Pharmacology, you will be a key member of our Nonclinical team, driving the design and oversight of nonclinical pharmacology experiments and related assays. This role serves as a vital bridge between preclinical discovery and clinical development, engaging in translational research efforts to support clinical studies and influence the development of drugs through model-informed drug development (MIDD).
You will act as a company-wide immunology subject matter expert, partnering with key stakeholders including development teams, clinical scientists, and business development leaders. Your day-to-day will involve managing translational research efforts with academic collaborators, influencing the external scientific environment through publications and presentations, and supporting corporate initiatives requiring deep immunology expertise. This position is based in the United States and offers a hybrid or remote work model. If you live near one of our offices in Menlo Park, CA, or Waltham, MA, you will be required to be in-office three days per week. Remote candidates are also considered.
