The Associate Director, Customer Account Manager is a strategic leadership role designed to build deep customer intimacy with Anduril, a key partner headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA. This position serves as the primary voice of the customer within RTX, responsible for understanding their evolving needs, driving pipeline incubation, and growing share-of-wallet. The role requires co-location within 50 miles of the customer to ensure timely engagement and responsiveness to pop-up requests, blending remote flexibility with essential onsite presence.
In this capacity, you will lead an indirect team to advance Raytheon's interests, ultimately resulting in the placement of orders and bookings. The day-to-day involves actively monitoring customer needs to maintain satisfaction through targeted service levels, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with functional areas to balance organizational and customer policies. You will also work closely with RTX Global Government Relations to advocate for new technologies and solutions at the Federal, State, and Local levels. This role is critical for maintaining a pulse on the customer's emerging needs and ensuring a seamless, professional customer service experience.
Candidates must possess an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance on day one, as U.S. citizenship is a strict requirement for this position.
