About Aspen Dental

At Aspen Dental, we put You 1st, offering the financial security and job stability that comes with working with a world-class Dental Service Organization (DSO). We are a revolutionary dental team reshaping the industry's landscape, providing licensed dentists with the freedom and flexibility to own their practices while backed by the support and resources of a nationwide network of experts.

Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization. This structure allows us to handle your business and administrative tasks—finance, IT, marketing, billing, HR, call center, and learning and development—so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role

As an Associate Dentist, you will join a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership. You will assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Your day-to-day involves conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, offering treatment planning options, and discussing them with patients. You will provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency, keeping abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.

We offer a cutting-edge surgical training center to expand your scope of practice and unlimited access to free continuing education (live and online) to keep your skills and knowledge up to date. You will also have the opportunity to network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.

Culture and Benefits

We foster a fun and supportive culture that encourages collaboration and innovation. Our best-in-class learning and development training program, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or flexible) are designed to help you thrive in your dental career. We offer an income potential that is twice as high as the average private practice, along with a generous benefits package including paid time off, health, vision, and a 401(k) savings plan.

Equal Opportunity

ADMI Corp., d/b/a TAG-The Aspen Group, its affiliates, related companies, and independently owned supported clinical practices are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers and welcome everyone to apply. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
